As this is our first post of 2012, we’d like to begin by wishing all Newlands Holiday Park guests a very happy new year! Thanks to everyone who visited us in 2011, and thanks also to all of you who got in touch with us via Twitter, Facebook and email throughout the year.
As we look to the year ahead, it’s clear we’ve got a tremendously exciting twelve months in store. It’s going to be an especially packed summer, with the Queen’s jubilee, the Euro football tournament and of course the 2012 Olympics, on top of all the usual summer events in West Dorset and East Devon.
More immediately though, we’ve already had a lot of interest about the February Half Term week and the Grizzly Run in March, and we’re taking bookings for those dates now. Head to our

We’ll be officially opening the doors of our
Dorset holiday park at the end of this month (a little earlier than normal!), to welcome a party of geology students who’ll be staying with us while they explore the fossil-rich Jurassic Coastline. We hope they'll be the first of many guests to enjoy a fantastic stay with us this year, and go away with big smiles and warm memories of their time on the Dorset coast!
